Say goodbye to guesswork in feeding. With the intuitive smartphone APP, you can freely set up up to 10 feeding plans per day. Each feeding can be adjusted from 1 to 50 portions (approximately 10 grams per portion), precisely matching the pet's food intake. 7-day feeding records can be viewed in one click. Even if you are out and not at home, you can ensure that your pet eats at the right time and in the right amount, making you worry-free and at ease.
6-liter large capacity, keeping grains fresh and hygienic
A 6-liter large storage bin can meet the feeding needs of pets for several consecutive weeks, eliminating the need for frequent refilling of food. It is equipped with a built-in desiccant box (included in the purchase), which effectively prevents moisture and preserves freshness, keeping the dry food crispy for a long time. It is also paired with a high-quality 304 stainless steel feeding bowl, eliminating "chin acne" in pets. The food-grade material ensures a hygienic and safe feeding experience.
Double alarms + manual override, making emergency response more flexible
The dual alarm system provides comprehensive protection. The equipment control panel and the mobile app send synchronized alerts. It promptly warns when food is insufficient or the battery power is low, preventing the risks of running out of food or power. Want to give your pet an extra meal? Through the physical buttons of the equipment or the mobile app, you can manually add the feeding at any time, flexibly adapting to the temporary feeding needs of your pet.
10-second voice call, thoughtful and non-intrusive for sleep.
Supports recording of 10-second personalized voice messages. When feeding, it will automatically play the message, allowing you to easily call your pet to go to the feeding bowl and eat. This helps to bring you closer to your pet. A thoughtful "Do Not Disturb Mode" is also available. You can set through the app to pause the voice playback from 10 p.m. every night to 7 a.m. the next day, so as not to disturb your pet and your family's sleep, while maintaining convenience and comfort.
Dual power protection, no food supply interruption even in case of power failure
The design adopts dual power supply. It can be powered by a 5V adapter, or it can be supplemented with 3 D-type batteries (without batteries). Even in the event of a power outage, feeding will not be interrupted. It is compatible with various sizes of dry food ranging from 5 to 18 millimeters. The anti-blockage structure design prevents food from getting stuck, making feeding more smooth.

Are your products organic / natural?
Our products combine the power of naturally occurring and advanced science ingredients that are simple to use, highly effective, non-toxic, non-irritating, and absolutely cruelty-free. We do not use aggressive, irritating ingredients. Beyond this, we do not like labels such as ‘organic,’ ‘natural’ or ‘clean,’ which have no consistent definition and tell you nothing about a product’s safety or efficacy. We are committed to bringing you the very best ingredient science and being certified “organic” does not always yield the best ingredient.
Do your products contain fragrance?
Generally not, but with limited exceptions. “Fragrance,” when used in our products like the ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM, is selected for its pleasant scent but also for its proven tolerability. Most fragrances contain allergic substances, or “allergens”: if present, it is compulsory to state this on the label, even if the percentage contained is minimal. Where possible, we tend to use fragrances which do not contain allergens and which should therefore give rise to fewer problems. When fragrance is present in a our product, is indicated in the list of ingredients as PARFUM or FRAGRANCE.
Is there talc in any of your products?
The minerals that are used to produce talc can contain asbestos, which is why there are legitimate concerns about its potential effect on our health. The talc used in our ENZYME CLEANSER, BABY BUM CREAM and tinted CLARIFYING SPOT TREATMENTS is NOT made of minerals that contain asbestos and thus is not carcinogenic and completely safe. The talc we use is periodically and consistently reviewed by independent laboratories.
What is the shelf life of my product?
All beauty products need to be used by a certain period. This is known as the 'period after opening' and can be easily identified by the PAO symbol. The symbol can be recognised as the shape of an opened jar, and will have a number inside; 9M will indicate 9 months, 12M is 12 months, and 36M is 36 months. Once opened the product should be used in this period, as after this time the quality of the product will deteriorate.
